This policy explains how delivery arrangements, timing, tracking, inspection, and delivery concerns are handled for marketplace transactions.

Shipping or delivery terms may vary by listing, seller, destination, item size, and delivery partner. Buyers should review the listing and confirm the delivery method, destination, fees, and expected timing before completing a transaction.
Any delivery charge shown during checkout or confirmed for the transaction applies in addition to the product price unless the listing clearly states that delivery is included. Extra charges should not be accepted without a clear explanation and agreement.
Estimated delivery times begin after the order and payment have been confirmed. Timing may be affected by product availability, seller preparation, destination, weekends, public holidays, weather, traffic, security conditions, and delivery-partner operations. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable contact details. An incorrect or incomplete address may cause delays, failed delivery, or additional delivery costs. Contact support promptly if an address correction is needed.
Where tracking is available, the seller or delivery partner may provide a reference or status update. Tracking can take time to update after dispatch. Keep order messages and delivery information until the item has been received and inspected.
Check that the package and item match the order as soon as reasonably possible. Where permitted, inspect the package for visible damage before confirming receipt. Keep packaging, labels, photos, videos, and transaction records if there is a problem.
If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, unreachable, refuses the item without an approved reason, or supplied incorrect details, another delivery attempt or additional fee may apply. Follow the delivery partner’s instructions and contact support if assistance is needed.
If an item is delayed beyond the latest estimate, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact Gadget Trade Support promptly with the order reference, listing, tracking details, and supporting photos or video. Resolution depends on the transaction records, available evidence, and the delivery arrangement.
Delivery of an item does not automatically determine return or refund eligibility. Review the Return & Refund Policy and do not send an item back until written return instructions and the return destination have been confirmed.
Gadget Trade may update this policy as marketplace services, delivery options, or legal requirements change. The policy available at the time of a transaction should be read together with the listing, order details, and other applicable Gadget Trade policies.
