These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using Gadget Trade to buy, sell, swap, list, communicate, verify accounts, make payments, and resolve marketplace concerns.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, browsing listings, contacting sellers, buying, selling, swapping, or using any Gadget Trade feature, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions and all marketplace policies posted by Gadget Trade.
User Eligibility
Users must be legally able to enter marketplace transactions and provide accurate account information. Gadget Trade may restrict access where a user cannot safely or lawfully use the marketplace.
Buying and Selling Rules
Buyers and sellers must communicate honestly, honor agreed transaction details, inspect products carefully, and avoid deceptive behavior. Sellers are responsible for delivering the gadget condition, accessories, and specifications represented in the listing.
Product Listings
Listings must describe gadgets clearly, include accurate images, state condition honestly, and avoid misleading prices or claims. Gadget Trade may review, edit visibility, reject, or remove listings that do not meet marketplace standards.
Prohibited Items
Users may not list stolen goods, counterfeit products, illegal devices, unsafe products, locked devices presented as usable, products that violate intellectual property rights, or any item Gadget Trade considers harmful to marketplace trust.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for their accounts, listings, messages, negotiations, meetups, payment decisions, and compliance with applicable laws. Users must not harass others, manipulate listings, impersonate people, or use Gadget Trade for fraud.
Account Verification
Gadget Trade may offer or require account verification to improve marketplace confidence. Verification does not guarantee that a user, product, or transaction is risk-free, and users should still take reasonable precautions.
Payments
Payments made through Gadget Trade-supported checkout may include commissions, fees, or payment provider requirements. Users must not abuse checkout, submit false payment information, or claim payment completion where no valid transaction exists.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, users should first communicate clearly and preserve evidence such as listing details, messages, receipts, and images. Gadget Trade may review reports and provide support, but marketplace users remain responsible for their transaction decisions.
Intellectual Property
Gadget Trade branding, interface content, and platform materials belong to Gadget Trade or its licensors. Users keep responsibility for content they upload and must have the right to use any images, names, logos, or descriptions included in listings.
Limitation of Liability
Gadget Trade provides an online marketplace and support tools, but we do not manufacture gadgets, guarantee every user action, or promise that every transaction will be free from risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Gadget Trade is not liable for indirect losses, user misconduct, product defects, or off-platform arrangements.
Account Suspension
Gadget Trade may suspend, restrict, or ban accounts and remove listings when users violate these terms, create safety risks, submit suspicious activity, abuse support, or harm the marketplace community.
Policy Updates
Gadget Trade may update these terms as features, payment flows, verification rules, safety standards, or legal requirements change. Continued use of the marketplace after updates means users accept the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are intended to operate under applicable laws governing Gadget Trade marketplace activity. Users are responsible for complying with laws that apply to their location, products, payments, and transactions.
